It's slightly larger than the oral b child brush, which was unfortunate because my son is on the small side and the reason I gave 4 stars. It is also stiffer but I'm unsure if it is because it is new compared to the oral b brush we have been using for about 1 month. He hasnt complained about the hardness but we also help him brush and have avoided pressing hard based on other reviews. It fits properly on his handle and moves well.
