Our unique family recipe makes our cakes lighter and not particularly high in or calories. Usually eaten with tea, coffee or milk they may be warmed and served with clotted cream and jam or eaten right out of the package. Each cake is 2.5" in diameter and 1/2" tall and weighs about 1 ounce.
