**Q: Does it work on Windows 10**
A: well I am not sure because I have Windows 7, the instructions and software that came with it did not work for me so I had to go to Casio website and download software and users manual.this may answer your question: http://support.casio.com/en/support/download.php?cid=005&pid=38

**Q: What does "Printable can not be printed on" mean?**
A: Either the cartridge is empty or the CD is not a printable media type

**Q: do the soaftwear comes with it**
A: Software does come with it, but my was in Japanese. I downloaded the software from the website. Printer been working now for a year, printing around 10 CDs a week.

**Q: Is this compatible with Windows 10?**
A: Yes
