The Fishbites 0083 E-Z Shrimp Saltwater Long Lasting Bait can be used on a bare hook or as a trailer on a jig or skirt and each bait strip is 1/2 inch wide and 12 inches long. They can be used to catch a whole host of saltwater species. The lures are made of biodegradable hydrogel plastic making them environmentally safe. Just cut it, hook it and cast it. How EZ is that? 2 bait strips per bag. Fishbites are the result of a lifelong passion for fishing and decades of scientific research. Review: I use this all the time. - These are great. Add a small piece on the hook before putting frozen shrimp on the hook and they work pretty well. I actually caught a baby hammerhead shark on a just a Fishbite on the hook with no other bait. I would rank this with thawed frozen shrimp just under live shrimp.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Amazon says this is the long lasting bait but users say it is not and bait has no mesh in it.**
A: The original fish bite product had the mesh and was fairly long lasting. I have noticed recently that some of their product does not have the mesh and doesn't last as long.Having said that I would still recommend the product as it still out performs actual shrimp which cannot be kept on the hook.

**Q: Anyone use this shrimp flavor for freshwater catfish?**
A: Catfish will eat anything that doesn't eat them first.
Give it a try, but use the fresh water package, not saltwater.

**Q: If i buy two different items such as fishbites and gulp sandworm camo bot are sold by amazon do i need to pay both delivery and import separately?**
A: If both items are coming from the same seller and are made on one order then you only pay the one fee.

**Q: Will it work for bluegill?**
A: Yes it will work for Bluegill. We suggest using small pieces maybe 1/4'' x 1/4''.

The pink red color shrimp worked good with another bait combo. It smells like cat food though . I tried it alone but had a hard time getting hits on it.
