This product was really a life saver. Going through perimenopause really made me feel like I was losing my mind. I was developing an annoying belly, I was seriously pissed off ALL the time, crying, brain fog - EVERY symptom. I ordered this, but I was skeptical. Oh my goodness, it WORKS. I have been on it now for a full two months (I also have upped my protein intake + I take an ashwaganda supplement) and it has been a game changer. I am easily down 6 pounds, my mood is way more stable, and I'm much more focused. Sleeping has been much better also. I hardly EVER review products, but this one is really excellent.

This is the best thing that is not a prescription that works on hot flashes that you can buy over the counter takes a couple months before it starts working.But it does the trick

Worked well for hot flashes

I've been suffering from night sweats for the better part of a year, but living in AZ made it easy to write off as simply hot weather. Once I began getting hot flashes, too, I had to accept that perimenopause had begun. Despite reviews saying this supplement doesn't work immediately I knew I needed to try something, especially before summer. This worked night one! It was the first night I slept with a top sheet AND my comforter in over a year. It's been a couple of months now and my results have remained consistent. This has given me peaceful and comfortable nights back. I'll never be without it!

Unfortunately my body does not react well to this supplement. I only took for 2 days then I get horrible pulsating headaches and constipation for 5 days. This made my insomnia worse due to horrible headaches that wouldn’t subside. It’s not returnable, just FYI.

These have always worked well for me...that is until I was told I was in perimenopause. Now I think I need the meno formula 😭 I would say it's good value for money if you want to treat without hormonal therapies. It never helped my weight loss.

I just turned 40 and I have been using this supplement for just about a month and I'm already seeing results. Before taking this, I woke up drenched from night sweats. However, in just under a month of taking this, I have yet to wake up in a full sweat. Works great. Just ordered my second box. Great value for the price. I just wish there were larger quantity options.

My dr recommended this and said to take it for two months for full effects. I started taking it a month ago - this is the first week in like two years that I haven’t woken up at 2 am, feeling like I was going to melt bc I was so hot. It’s been about 6 days since my last night sweat! I’m also really glad my dr told me to take it for a full two months bc I wanted to quit about two weeks ago - it felt like my symptoms were worse. I’m so glad I didn’t.

My night flushes definitely stopped after taking this supplement. I took only for 30 days, but I feel that it is working for me.

I took the tablet in some weeks know but I didn’t see results, I maybe should take it 2-3 months and see if it gives me any better results.
