Tested it in some rain we had yesterday and it held up well. I did not get wet. It was a little warm inside but its August so wearing anything long-sleeved and airtight is expected to be that way this time of year. I could tell that it is breathable because my old raincoat had me soaked in sweat pretty fast. This one did not. In winter it should keep me dry and warm without overheating.
