Review: Blissful sitting! - Maybe I'm weird, but I like to sit on the floor when I work on my laptop. After years sitting at a desk and using various 'ergonomic' desk chairs, I always had hip/back/shoulder issues. I find I enjoy sitting cross-legged and I have less pain and issues than sitting in a chair. However, cushioning is important! I had a Zabuton once before that I got off of desertcart but it wasn't as nice as this one! The velvet material is sooooo soft and the lavender color is beautiful! I feel the cushion thickness is just right and it's soft enough, not too stiff (like my old one was). AND..... the cover has a zipper so it can be removed and washed. That is a HUGE plus. (I split something on my last one and it was completely ruined.) It's pretty, it's soft, it's comfortable AND washable. I'm happy! :-)

It is very comfortable and made very well--the fabric is sturdy. If I had one concern it would be when it comes time to launder it--the seams are only single stitched vs double stitch--just means you will need to be mindful to handwash and hang dry when the time comes to clean. I am enjoying my purchase every single day. Kim

I do not typically review products, but I felt compelled to say a quick line of gratitude for this cushion. I have meditated for years and will find a way to do it no matter where I am, no matter the substrate. While I can make anything work, I longed for an indulgent surface to consider my very own sacred space. After going back and forth about buying this cushion, I finally did. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! It is so plush and soft and the color is just delightful. I am so grateful for this cushion and the feeling of self-honoring that comes up every time I sit on it. If you buy one too, get ready to have a really enjoyable sitting.
