## Questions & Answers

**Q: is the box equal to 1 cup cocoa powder**
A: 4.16oz is a cup of cocoa not 8oz. Different substances have different weights. That said if you pack the cocoa in you will get less. I get more than a cup when I use measuring cups but you should realize this is good cocoa and comes in a smaller container so it is still not a lot.

**Q: Is this unsweetened cocoa powder?**
A: I just tasted it and it seems unsweetened.  I haven't used it for baking yet so I can't really know for sure.  The label says 100% pure cocoa so I am assuming it is pure cocoa without any additives...sugar or otherwise.

**Q: Is this dutch processed?**
A: My box does not list alkali as an ingredient and the label does not say Dutch processed. It also tastes like natural cocoa powder, not the Dutch process valrhona cocoa I’ve bought in the past.

**Q: Why are the calories and carbs so much higher on this product than on Hersheys 100% unsweetened cocoa?**
A: It tastes a lot better than Hershey’s cocoa for anything you use it for.

Are you a chocolate connoisseur?? I am. I am a chocoholic who has found true love..with Valrhona cocoa. I will never cheat on you Valrhona, never again with those cheap, flat store bought cocoas. I will love you until I die. Our first kiss was unforgettable. You are deep, dark, luscious, full figured and so rich. I love you on my truffles, and in my cup of hot cocoa. I love your rich scent and colour. You are my everything. But seriously, this is the best cocoa powder I have come across in my chocolate adventures. It is creamy and dense with a good fat content, rich in flavor, aroma and color. It is so good that it stands alone...yes, I can eat it straight out of the container. It makes the best cup of hot chocolate that I have ever had. Willy Wonka would be jealous. I don't think that I will ever use grocery store cocoa again. This cocoa erased my memory of all that came before. It must be true love. Life is too short...give this one a try.
