Review: Everything fits and works - There are several reviews that say the holes don't lineup, they lined up perfectly for me. This only comes with velcro I went to Home Depot and bought #10 x 1/2in screws which worked great. No screw holes in the middle just the four corners so I put the bottom two screws in and then the velcro in the middle then attached the top two screws. Everything works perfectly, we will see how it holds up over time.

**Q: Is the mesh heavy duty? And are the zippers strong? I ordered one and the zippers are small and week and had a hole on the mesh pockets on a week.**
A: I would call it standard commercial duty. I have two of these and they get a fair amount of abuse. So far I have not lost a zipper or had any trouble with the mesh. They don't look heavy duty but so far the wear has been good.

**Q: Is this Padded. Will it work to protect the gear from impact on top of the case?**
A: This lid organizer is not padded. But has two Velcro strips to stick to the back of lid if you remove the foam pad from lid. From my experience so far it does protect my gear from top impact.

**Q: How does this stay on the lid?**
A: included are long adhesive strips that secure the organized to the lid. you could put screws in, if you had to, but the adhesive is very strong and has not caused any problems for me.

**Q: Does it come with screws?**
A: It came with tiny sheet metal screws but I used Velcro tape instead. I wanted to protect the integrity of the case and I was a little lazy.

I finally got the Apache case at harbor freight when my partner found these inserts and boom! I finally got everything organized the way I like it. It's perfect to keep all my supplies in eye sight and ease to grab. It screws into the Apache case easily and seems to be made well.

Nice organizer, although as others have mentioned, it's a big pricey for how light weight if feels. Hopefully it holds up for a while. It's slightly tricky getting the screws in because you have to stretch the pocket out with it open to get it in in and lined up with the screw lugs that are molded to the lid. They did all align well. I've only taken it on one trip so far and it survived the checked baggage at United. If you are interested it the foam I used, search here on Amazon for: 4 Pcs Cuttable Polyurethane Foam Pads Foam Sheets Craft Foam Black Tool Box Foam Insert for Cases Packing Padding Camera Toolbox Storage (Red, Black, 16 x 12 x 1.5 Inch) I decided not to look for longer sheets that would fill the whole cavity so I have some 'flex' space to put random items in and have some flexibility on my loadout. I got some zipper bags as well to hold fasteners and a bunch of bits. The bits take up way less space than if they were in the Milwaukee or DeWalt boxes they came in. They are pretty sturdy and nice.
