Gold's Gym Sauna Suit (Size Small-Medium for 24"-32" Waists)

At first, I was a bit hesitant to wear it as I thought I would look silly. Once I started my workout, right away I felt my body start to sweat about 8 minutes into the workout! All I have to say is that I was shocked when I took off my top and a splash of sweat hit the floor. Honestly, it seamed like 4-6 oz of sweat. It's incredible.

Makes you sweat!!! Been through the was plenty of times plastic holds well bought another for a sibling!!! Get it! Will get another if this ever dies (been in dryer too and is as good as new...

Please please please hydrate, before, during AND after your workout because you are going to sweat like crazy. When I took the suit off after just under an hour of cardio, the inside of the suit was like it had just been rained on! I suggest taking the suit off while you're in the shower. I could feel the sweat dripping down my torso from the pockets it pooled in from the oversized top. Definitely worth it!!

This suit does a great job keeping your muscles warm. It actually makes your workout easier since your muscles stay warm. It is important to drink a lot to stay hydrated since you loose do much water. The wrists and ankles have elastic but do still leak a little. I found PVC socks to go with it to keep your shoes from getting soaked. You can find them for about $25 by doing a google search for “pvc AB booties”. Not a good idea to wear clothing under because it ends up soaked. Tuck the shirt into the pants so the sweat stays inside. Baby the crotch and armpit areas until you have warmed up and started to sweat otherwise the material sticks to you and it can tear in these places. I had my pants start a tear in the crotch. I fixed with a vinyl patch kit intended for vinyl pool liners or pool toys and it worked great (a product called Tenacious Tape)! As long as you start to sweat, the material slides nicely against your skin. Alternatively you can swear lightweight spandex wicking material under it.

whampy :( I was hoping this would work and it did/does. It always takes off 5 pounds of water weight ALWAYS! However, you have to replenish that water, so it's ONLY good for that once in a date night regimen. Within 2 weeks, I had small holes that I had to duck tape. It still works, I just wish it was a better quality.

This item was cheaply made! The seam of the right leg pant came undone while I was walking on my thread. I was on there about 10 minutes.
