I am a person who needs a black room to sleep. These masks the way they perform better than any others that I have bought in stores and at a better price. I saw a review that said they could see day light because the sunlight came in around the nose area. Sorry honey, either you have a very huge nose are you are wearing them in correctly.For my money nothing can match the design or the lovely feel of them on your face and huging the nose so that you get a perfect night sleep.Recently I ordered 3 more of these little marvels, the rubber bands after using them for 6 months it began not to huge the face as tightly as I wanted so I ordered 3 more. It's nice and light, and I don't feel like I can't breathe like some of the other ones I've tried. It has a small flap that goes over the top of your nose for a little extra light blocking without the pressure on your nose, which is great! I will admit a little bit of light does come through the bottom but it never bothers me, and for less than $5 this more than does it's job. The straps fit perfectly on my head - though if you have a larger head I can see it being a little snug. I used this several times and I've had no issues whatsoever with this falling apart at all.
