**Q: To use as cold pack, do I freeze only the gels or the entire wrap/pack with gels inserted? The email address included with product is invalid.**
A: Either way will work. When frozen, the ice packs are harder to insert into the pockets, so perhaps icing the packs when already in place will be easier.

**Q: Can I use this for moist heat?**
A: I'm not too sure on that but I think you may be able too.

**Q: does this come with two or 4 hot/cold packs? I just got min in the mail and the box says it’s supposed to have 4, but it only came with 2.**
A: It's supposed to come with four.
