Review: Best chili garlic paste - I love this stuff. It's got a good taste and it fits what im trying to do with it. I personally don't consider it too spicy or hot but you must try it and see if it works for you. And if you don't like it lucky its very reasonably priced and don't use it anymore. But if you are buying chili paste you already want spicy with just a hint of garlic it very tasty. I recommend it but try fir yourself.

**Q: Is this essentially Sriracha without the sugar?**
A: This is magic in a jar, I remember the first time I had this and then I bought that garbage in a squeeze bottle and it was horrible.  Then I found this magic again.  Its like sriracha but tasty and with a hint of garlic and a gut ache later on.

**Q: does it have to be refrigerated after opening ?**
A: Huy Fong's website specifically says none of their products need to be refrigerated after opening.

**Q: does it have sugar in it**
A: It has no sugar or carbs .  Salt, Garlic, Distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Bisulfite as Preservatives and Xanthan Gum.

**Q: What level of heat would this be with 1 being the least hot and 5 being the hottest?**
A: It’s about a 3 nice flavor we add it to many dishes you can put a little or a lot depending on how hot you want it.. we would recommend this.👍
