Startup screen even says qidi. It's a sample size of 1 but my motherboard died after about 40hrs of printing. All my x-max printers range from 2 years old to 5 months old and run 10 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week depending on order load and all have been as problem free as 3D printers get. What minor issues come up can be easily solved if you have some knowledge of 3D printers otherwise the contacts at QIDI are the most efficient. Response times are awesome and tech support is right on every time! Longest one of the printers was down (ribbon cable failure) was 3 days!
