These are by no means a coffee replacement, but I wouldn't take coffee and these at the same time or it could lead to a headache. Brain force for me gives me a different kind of energy. Not the kind that would keep me wide awake (although I found myself waking up at random times at night, that might not be a good thing). Time felt slower, as if my mind was more aware of time. The brain fog that I was suffering from has completely gone away and I was no longer thinking about all the junk/bad things to keep me from doing what I need to do. I suffered from artists block and since trying these I managed to put the pen down on paper and just draw. Before I knew it the timer dinged 25 minutes which felt like 5 minutes. At first I thought these didn't work. I didn't feel an immediate change like I expected. In fact it took a few hours for it to kick in, and it really kicked in late at night. I took them right after coming home from work so I would get more "energy" (for reference). My dreams are more vivid and my focus has improved.
