They are headquartered in California (Peoples Republic of Cali) USA, so by alluding to USA in their marketing, it’s a legal but deceptive practice. I wouldn’t buy their product if it was gold-plated just because of the ethical impropriety. I’ve said it before, people will automatically feel better about the product if they believe it’s a domestic product; a trick of the mind.
