**Q: What the devil is up with the two packaging lugs on the bottom of the tank?????  They don't screw off or detatch at all.**
A: They do screw off.  DON’T SNAP THEM OFF.  Use the screw driver which came with the tanks and unscrew the mounting pillars from the bottom of the tank

**Q: Do you actually put these together first (model)?**
A: No, just add batteries and go.

**Q: somehow my son programmed one remote to both tanks. how to i reprogram remotes?**
A: turn off tank.  turn on controller.  hold down lock button on controller and turn tank back on while hoding button down.  Sometimes it takes more than one try.

**Q: Son dropped wheels popped off....can I send I’m for a replacement or buy a single tank?**
A: Search "poco divo tank" and you'll see that you can buy the Pershing separately.  You can also search "heng long tank" and you'll see the Sherman as well separately.  They're a lot more expensive separately than in the two set.
