With this cooker my first attempt was literally delicious. I got the two pack, so in one cooker I heated my ingredients (some vegetables and cheese) and in the other cooker I cooked the eggs. It worked extremely well - the eggs were evenly, thoroughly cooked, but still tender. The vegetables were tasty and the cheese was melted. I put them together for a nice “open face omlet”. This first dish was great, and I look forward to the next ones. I have tried eggs in the microwave before, with much less success. I think the features of this cooker that matter are 1) the stoneware itself and how it heats evenly, 2) the lid, which helps radiate heat from above while venting steam, and 3) the convenience of the handle that doesn’t get hot. This literally makes a properly cooked omlet in a pan with little effort. Definitely what I was looking for.
