Review: Top notch as always with Shun - Upgraded from my 8 year old 10 piece classic and as always with Shun the knives are awesome. But like many or multiple reviews state the block is not worthless but close. I'm going to attempt to cut it and give it a little more angle because I won't be able to get the knives out without moving it from underneath the cabinet because it's too vertical.
