Review: Fair Alternative to Skilcraft - After losing two @#$&^*! SkilCraft 3-in-1 pens I decided to try a less costly alternative for a multi-pen with pencil. The OHTO tip is a little long and thin for my taste, but it writes okay. I do have a few gripes: the color is rather obnoxious. I'll take the all-black SkilCraft there over orange OHTO. The mechanics of the OHTO pen aren't intuitive, at least they weren't to me; I had to look up on here how one purposely selects the desired mode (gravity with the pen on its side), and even then it doesn't work consistently. Again, I'll take the "cyclical" selection process (black pen, red pen, pencil) of the SkilCraft there. Finally, the "feel" of the SkilCraft is just more substantive than the OHTO. There's an extra ink color with OHTO, and I expect the cost of ownership (i.e. refills) is lower, so perhaps I won't get as ticked off if/when I misplace it at some point. OHTO's a decent utensil, but I prefer the SkilCraft.

It felt very cheaply made when I held it in my hand. There was also a rattling sound inside it. I think that had something to do with the click mechanism. I wouldn't recommend this pen.
