A: No it isn’t. It’s earthed but is transformed down.

**Q: Can this be used in a bathroom above a wash sink?**

Thanks for your question. This wall light is IP20 rated and it is not suitable for a bathroom.

A: I don't think so. If I remember correctly the instructions said not suitable for use with dimmer switches.

These were bought to compliment a similar ceiling light. Although they were replacing existing wall lights I had to get fused spur boxes fitted to comply with current legislation.. I contracted an electrician to do the required work and afterwards he fitted the lights within minutes. I am very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the lights.
