A: This adjustment tool is for the mil spec issue front sight.  It has four prongs on one end and five on the other.

A: Steel

A: It will work for sights that are based on A1 and A2 sights. For example magpul mbus use an A2 sight post. This has both tools the 5 prong and 4 prong. It is also made of metal unlike the plastic ones that magpul gives you.

A: 0.3670 in, according to my caliper.
