Review: Highly recommend. - I am 62 and take 2 vitamins a day per my Dr's instructions. She found that i have the MTHFR deficiency doing a swab test in her office. My body responded really quickly to the vitamin. It has helped me get a lot of water off of my body that i didn't know i was holding. So far 20 pounds of water and that's a lot! I did go through a very short few days where i didn't feel very well but i had read the reviews and instructions and kept taking the vitamins and it past. On the other side of that the energy started to build up. My brain is still 30 but my body isn't 80 any more it's coming down to be of age with energy and ability to accomplish things in a day. I also have a B12 deficiency so i have to take extra B12 because there isn't enough in the vitamin for me but i think because of it I think I'm absorbing it better. I just started my 2nd bottle and have more energy than I've had in 20 years. I never want to run out of this! Highly recommend.
