My nephew recommended this product to me I am training for a half marathon. I turn 50 this year and I run 3 times a week 6-7 miles minimally per run with a 9:21/mile average. My goal on my half marathon is less than 10 min per mile average. I am shooting for Houston Half Marathon in January. My dilemma is my left knee gets tight and sore. I have refined my running technique a lot, but sometimes I wake up with knee issues. This causes me fatigue and shuts me down between 8 & 10 miles. I have always had healthy joints but this is something I now have to manage. I purchased this product to help manage mitigate these issues. I do feel that short term I do get some relief and I am hopeful this will help me reach my goals. I am very pleased with the quality of this product. Because of the great service I have received on the purchase of this product, along with the quality, I plan on purchasing the WOD pull up assist bands. If you are shopping for any products WOD Fitters offers, I would take a hard look @ this product and others WOD Fitters has to offer.

This product is GREAT! I am a personal trainer, and like most personal trainers suffer with my own ailments. My fitness manager introduced me to this product with his own floss bands also purchased by WODfitters. I LOVED it immediately and wanted me own! So I ordered the mix pack so I can start out with the thinner one due to it's complexity on the area most needed, which is the top of my bicep brachii and its origin tendon. When my order came I was so excited! I opened the package and received both my bands in a really cool bag with a nice thank you letter also in the bag. Totally awesome! I did order the mixed pack but Amazon mixed up my order and I was given two of the red bands. I contacted the owner of WODfitters immediately, the cell phone number and email was provided for me! I got an immediate response with an extreme apology and notification that I would receive my package with my missing product and the package would be sent out the next day! This was such an incredible surprise! I have never had such great customer service! Not only is the product outstanding, but is the owner!

These bands are made of a really nice latex that I don't think will ever break. They work well for compression wrapping, and have definitely helped in the rehab of my sprained ankles. One thing that I actually found was that in extreme cases I could use these to replace an ACE bandage, just wrapping it around my ankle and then tying it off. It provides A LOT of support, similar to a brace, but you can use it like a bandage on any joint. This came with two different bands, the black one has less resistance so it's a little bit lighter, and the red one for more compression. Good for blood flow restriction and then rushing back in the area for some relief.

Having read Supple Leopard / Kelly Starrett's opus on mobility and related functional movement - was eager to give these a try as a substitute to the (more expensive) Rogue bands which his site links you to. I realize Rogue makes great crossfit gear - but I am less convinced they directly manufacture their "voodoo bands". Was very pleased with this purchase and immediately addressed tightness in the knees (from lots of full range of movement activities) and shins (from running) and hamstrings (because of all of the above). Love the handy travel case as I do take these on the road with me for business travel to stay tuned up when on the road (or when muscle groups get funky from too much sitting on planes). I highly recommend these guys - and they're a small company that has great follow up and customer service.

I love these wraps. My knee gets inflamed when I run so I like to wrap it to flush new flow into the area after a race or practice run. They're also great for knees, elbows, ankles, wrists, and really any other body part that you can get this around. Be careful with timing -- the closer you wrap to your heart = the less time you want to wrap. Also be careful with wrapping too tight for the first time to prevent any uh-oh moments when you panic and can't get them off! They are very comparable to the rouge wraps and I actually can't tell the difference between the two. When they're new, they smell a little funky but that's just the latex.

Pair these with the Becoming A Supple Leopard book by Kelly Starrett (or any of the countless how-to videos on Youtube) and you can achieve life changing results. Aches and pains that I've had for years without relief (even after trying the lacrosse ball and foam roller) were almost instantly relieved after I learned to use the bands. There are others out there which I haven't tried, but I can tell you these are very sturdy, and I really like the bag they come with. The bag is bigger than it needs to be to carry these, so I actually fit both of the bands and two lacrosse balls into it easily. I have my 'mobility bag' tied to the foam roller in my closet and no more losing the lacrosse balls.

I was skeptical at first, but these things work! I don't know how they work or if it is all in my head, but hey they work! As for the reviews that complain about the bands being "smelly" or "toxic," these bands smell and feel exactly like the real Voodoo bands. That smell that is powerful when you first open the package goes away after a few days use. If this really bothers you, then open the bands and leave them in your closet for a week. In conclusion, they hurt like hell when you use them, but did I say above that they work? They do!

I recently suffered a knee injury and researched the benefits of knee flossing for recovery. Not only do these bands do the trick, but they feel durable and of high quality. I had a small issue with one of the bands, and customer service for WODFitters responded promptly and efficiently to resolve the matter. Very satisfied with my purchase, and will not hesitate to purchase from this seller again!

Was skeptical before buying, watch YouTube videos and thought give it a go. It does work, even if they feel really uncomfortable when using but somehow seems to cure muscle and tendon pains. The product is well packed in a neat pouch, comes in two colours; which each have different resistances and are of top quality. Would recommend to anyone experiencing sore muscles or joint pains as a different approach to pain killers.

Bought this set to try to sort out an achilles issue and there seems to have been definite improvement. Son has now taken the red band for an experiment in hamstring flossing which he claims is working. Overall a good product, quick delivery, recommended.

Have only used the bands a few times since ordering but very pleased with them! Great price for two different bands and great that you can get two different resistances depending on the joint/area you are working on. Will be adding these to my clinic kit to use on patients as well, not just for myself after workouts.
