Package left to the elements. I have given specific delivery instructions for front door delivery code, to going up the steps and it is the red door on the left. The Halva was in a plastic tray, broken on two ends, chocolate covering melted whereby it looked like a graham cracker smeared with chocolate. Extremely unappetizing. I have spoken with an Amazon CSR Representative who was 'exceptional'. after fighting my way through AI to speak to a live Person. The matter is resolved. From now on I will purchase my Halva from my local markets. This is the brand I always buy and love it. Tried loading a photo but I was not successful and never have been; maybe it is me.
