I’m very happy with mine. I have a V11 torque. **Q: Can a stand be put together so the tools face to the left?** A: Yes. We have upgraded the design so that all tools can face to the left or to the right. **Q: Does it work with Dyson v11 absolute?** A: Yes it does. It works well with the Dyson v11 (torque drive, animal, absolute). **Q: When connecting pieces, does not seem tight. What am I doing wrong?** A: Since you didn’t specify which screws are loose, I can only take a guess as to what your problem may be. The Allen screws should be used to secure the base to the lower column. If you used them at any other location, that may be your problem. You then have 8 screws used to hold the lower column to the upper column which after passing through the holes in each column, screw into 2 rectangular plates placed inside both sides of the columns. If you put the 2 rectangular plates outside the columns instead of inside, that would most likely give u a looser fit. Finally, you have 10 screws, 2 of which secure 1 of the 5 accessory hooks. If these are loose, either you selected the wrong screw, the manufacturer sent u the wrong size screws, or the manufacturer drilled the wrong size hole. Since these are very common sensical answers to an easy to deduce problem, it probably already crossed your mind as to what your solution may be. You therefore know the remedy to your problem is one of the following: purchase a larger diameter screw or return your stand to the manufacturer for a replacement or refund. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extra Screws included!!! *by H***R on October 4, 2022* Pros:- A fantastic place to hang all of the accessories for my Dyson v11.- Stand still incredibly sturdy, even with only one side of the connector being screwed in for the top and bottom poles (end user issue - nothing the manufacturer could have foreseen/done to prevent this)- The smaller parts are in individual baggies *and* the baggies labeled! The big pieces are not, but it's honestly not too hard to tell which part is the base (the only thing flat with two screw holes), the bottom pole (open on both ends) and the top pole (open on one end). Which brings me to my next part:- Extra screws are included! If you, like me, tend to drop screws a lot in the middle of assembling things, worry not! There's extra. Just use one of the extra screws and worry about pick up later. Be sure to save the screw bags for the extra screws! The bags themselves are labelled with what the screw type is!- There's a cloth bag included. Manufacturer claims this is for when you don't need your charging cable. Nah, fam, this bag is to hold the extra screws :)- Top pole has two screw holes on each side for mounting the bracket - You *can* easily select which side you want your accessories on with a bit of fore planning. For myself, I am planning on getting a second dock to try to put on the back, since my Dyson v11 came with two batteries. When a battery is fully charged, I can leave it there to chill out. If it doesn't work out - that's fine, that's not what the stand marketed itself as.- Instructions are easy to read - following can be a bit of a dexterity challenge, but that's pretty much standard as far as assembling items goes.Cons:- No good way to store the main vacuum attachment (the large one that allows the Dyson v11 to be used as a full on vacuum). Literally this is the only thing that could make this stand better: a way to hook that piece onto the main frame (perhaps something that can be screwed into either side of the top plate on the "front/back" side of the top plate?). I don't always utilize this attachment, so it would be lovely to have it chilling on the stand while I'm off vacuuming with another attachment type. As it is, I just use the piece that will allow me to attach an accessory to the main vacuum attachment to hang up the vacuum attachment.
