I was using Command hooks before, which looked a little ghetto. These look pretty good, were easy to install, and are super secure and stable (way over-kill for how I'm using them), they feel super solid (though I did use a more sturdy drywall anchor than the ones provided). They fit my CPAP gear like they were made for this purpose.
