Thank you** A: Thank you for the question. Our bone broth is a concentrated broth made up of only bones and salt. We don't include veggies and other products in our broth. So that is why when you mix it the broth will be white. You can flavor your cup of broth as you wish with your preferred herbs or spices. I mix mine with a small scoop of protein collagen, ground turmeric, black pepper and a teaspoon of grass fed ghee and it tastes great.
