Pelican Micro Cases are IP67 certified for water resistance. Micro Cases look and function in the same way as the larger Pelican Cases, but are designed to protect your iPhone, cell phone, iPod, GoPro, camera, and other small valuable items.

Review: Great case and truly a perfect match for a G-DRIVE mini - I came across this case while I was shopping on desertcart for a G-Technology G-DRIVE mini external hard disk drive ( G-DRIVE mini 0G02131 750 GB External Hard Drive ). I put the hard drive in my shopping cart and was recommended the Pelican 1020 Micro Case. Based on another reviewer's suggestion, I purchased the case just to see how drive would fit inside. As it turns out, this case is a perfect fit. It fits a G-DRIVE mini either in a thin plastic bag (such as the one it ships in) or bare along with any ONE of the included cables. The fit is extraordinary. When inside of the case, the drive is perfectly flush with the lower rubberized compartment. This leaves the entire inner space of the lid available for one of the included coiled cables (9-pin to 9-pin FireWire, 6-pin to 9-pin FireWire or Mini-B to Type A USB). I would consider this a must get accessory for a G-DRIVE mini as the drive is made to be portable and Pelican makes some of the best ruggedized cases available.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The little box that could!!!

I had been looking for something to hold SD cards for my camera for a while but all the options seemed really poor made or didn't hold a lot. So I decided to make my own using this case and the foam set sold separately. Works great so now there protected and weather proof!! As for the case its made of a hard plastic with a rubber insert which gives it color. The rubber is removable but the down side is it will not seal at all if it is not there. I only mention it because I removed the rubber to put the foam set in it which fit fine but didn't seal. So you need to kind of cram the foam in with the rubber insert to make it work. Seems to seal nicely and all the hinges seem well made to last years, they also hold there position real well. Also comes with a carabiner attached which is a nice feature for me making it easier to pull from a bag. Overall id recommend this or any of the various sizes they come in. If you need water and crush proof this is the way to go, and it doesn't break the bank either!!! Positives+ Well made See through Negatives- Rubber removable but makes it usless
