They are both Shepherd mixes, about 55lbs each. You can see in the description that I bought the large one. It says it is for dogs up to 85lbs. It looks like it’s for a cat. My mistake for not reading more about the width of the collar, but I figured a collar for an 85lb dog would be wider than it is, by far!! Again, it looks and feels like a quality product, but I wouldn’t waste my money on it for a larger dog. I’ll wait till tomorrow when the 2nd one is delivered and then unfortunately have to return them both. ******UPDATE****** I changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars! I wrote a review yesterday on this product in a different color. It was pink with white polka dots. I gave it 2 stars. The reason being that I bought a large collar for a dog up to 85lbs and it looks like a cat collar. It is TEENY, as you can see in the pictures I posted. As I stated above, I ordered 2 collars but only the pink one came yesterday, so I said in the review that while I thought the quality of the collar and leash was great, there was no way it was ever going to fit an 85lb dog or even my 55lb dog. It looked like a cat collar. I also commented that I must not have paid attention to the width listed and shame on me for that, but I thought I looked at the width, and I did!! The 2nd collar arrived today and it’s perfect! I went back to check the order on the pink collar and I did order a large, so I’m pretty sure they just sent me the wrong size. So now, I’ll just exchange it for the correct size. The clasp on the collar feels sturdy, it’s made of a strong plastic. The collar and leash themselves are nicely made and the colors are nice and vibrant. The hook on the leash is a really nice large metal hook in a shiny gunmetal type color. It’s also heavy, not a light cheap metal. Overall, I think it’s a great set at a great price. I just got the correct one today, so it’s brand new, but I’m hoping they hold up nicely, they feel like they will.
