Pass on this product - do not buy it. ### ⭐⭐ I really really wanted it to work well! *by E***C on April 22, 2016* I have to say, I really really wanted this set to work. We had a new baby on the way and I just couldn't see myself getting up at 6am every morning to deal with incessant meowing around the food dish. But our cat (not the smartest by any means, but extremely food motivated) immediately figured out how to bash this thing around and break into it. Also it's not on a clock - it's set to a 12 hour cycle, which means that you have to be around to set it up exactly 6/12 hours before you want the cats to eat. Super inconvenient. I guess we'll have to spring for the more expensive brand. Pretty disappointing as the value seemed really great. Could be useful, however, if you want to make sure the cats are fed before you get home from work.
