Lube it up, slide it under the belt, slide it back and forth, squeeze out excess and pull it out. I've used it for a couple years with this lube. Works great. **Q: Does this bottle come with an applicator tube?** A: Nope. You will get exactly what you see in the photo. However, I had no issues with applying the lube. I stuck the tip under the belt and squeezed as I went down the length of the belt. If anything, I used a little too much (about 1/3 of the bottle, instead of 1/4 of the bottle), but my belt was VERY dry, so I'm okay with that! **Q: how can you tell IF you have squeezed out the right amount? when it is under the treadmill..
