The value for money rating is low due to Simple making a tool that they are the only ones who make the correct size cutter insert for. They have it priced way above the cost of other manufactures inserts and it isn't any better. The square cutter tool they make has a size that will allow one to purchase inserts from another maker but not the round one. If anyone is looking for a round carbide cutter tool, do not by a Simple brand or you will be stuck only having to purchase thier over priced cutter insert.
