On Crete in summer, these are essential to keep up your hydration, and in the UK they make tap water taste great! The only one I’m not so fond of is coconut (even although I do love coconut water). Regarding the cola flavoured one, it really needs sparkling water to bring out its best. However, don’t add the packet to a full 1.5L bottle of sparkling water… instead, mix it in some of the water in a mug, then use a funnel to add it back into the full 1.5L bottle. Adding the powder straight into fizzy water causes mess! Tipping it straight into a bottle of still water from the tap is absolutely fine though. Very highly recommended, having Stevia as the sweetener makes it absolutely perfect for Keto diets and diabetics too.
