Review: Fully Satisfied with this water filter by Santevia - Happy with the taste and quality of the water after filtration. The flouride filter was a main selling point for me, the water clarity and taste is definitely improved much over direct from the tap water. Assembly is fairly simple, but there are a couple of things to look out for. First, the washers on the spigot are clear and can fall off when removing from the plastic bag. So, be very aware of the washers and keep track of them. Secondly, I had to disassemble and redo a couple of times due to slight drip leak. But, after the second reassembly, the spigot has been leak free. Overall, if you cannot spend thousands of dollars on a water filtration system, then this product by Santevia is a great deal for what you receive. Excellent tasting and refreshing water.

We luv how much water this holds/filters and that it does have such a great filter system. It purifies and dispenses the water at a fair speed and chose the filter that removes chlorine as well as fluoride. If I remember soon to find a way to test for removal of both i will update what we find. I found it to be a good price & prepping it before first use was easy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't give up @ first leak, all washers are tricky. Try this first.

I have seen lots of complaints about leaks; my first run had a leak at the spigot that ran around the top of the base and down one side to the counter. The first thing to check is how the gaskets or silicone washers at the spigot are seated. Just unscrew the spigot from the back, check to make sure the washer is all the way up flush against the side. Press all around with your fingers. Do the same on the outside of the spigot and screw back together "finger tight". It can't be too loose or too tight or it will leak. If you have a little divot in the washer it will leak too, but you can find food grade silicone grease at scuba supply sites. A very light, barely shiny coat on the washer will usually fix that. After leak correction it works great, quite fast *for a gravity system with 5 stages*. Approx. 1 gal/hr. If you want speed you have to get the powered system that forces the water through the filters. Since I live in hurricane country I want one that works when the power goes out. It's easier to keep up with than the filter pitchers because it holds more. So far, very pleased with flavor and performance. Will update.
