Review: Woman who swears by this! - Let me start off by saying I have the highest tolerance for caffeine I've ever even heard of. It will take TANKS to keep me up and going ESPECIALLY in the mornings which is when I typically work out. I've tried both C4 and Assault which took all of maybe 2 weeks to begin wearing off. Nitraflex has been going strong since day one! (Which has been a bit over 4 months) FEELING: I would say the effects ramp into gear in as little as 15-20 minutes but it's very gradual for me. I do gradual strength training for close to 1 hour, anywhere from 4-5 days a week and it keeps me up for the entirety. Starting off, you will feel the itchiness but over regular use that itchiness will dissipate. If I go a few days without taking it then ill start to feel it again but in all honesty I never mind the niacin effects. GAINS: I've been WRECKING my gains week after week with this stuff. I definitely doubt I would be building as much as I have without it. You feel noticeably more powerful (I call it the spinach to my Popeye) and I immediately hit higher weight sets after just a week of use. FEMALE USE (Testosterone): I did quite a bit of research on increased testosterone for women and it's possible negative side effects which range from not so serious (body hair growth) to MUCH more serious (hormonal and reproductive issues) which they mention as much on the label. Just from the mention on the label I would not recommend any women take it if they are attempting pregnancy in the near future, simply for precautionary reasons. As for myself, I have no plans to produce children nor plan to in my life (lesbian, but that's not why lol) so I have been okay overlooking this possible risk. I still get my period with the same frequency and have had no noticeable hormonal changes as far as hair growth or loss, (although I lucked out on genes and never grew facial hair or virtually any body hair to begin with). I would say my changes have been more physical, such as a broader back and shoulders as well as a stronger chest but it's hard to say whether it's from the testosterone use or the strength training as I do a lot of upper body strength training (or possibly a mix of both). Either way as a woman who is big into strength and body building, I recommend it's regular use, it's helped me out a ton. But I would advise you to do your research and consult yur OBGYN if you would like to take this and plan on also having a baby. Overtime I believe testosterone levels would wear down with stopping use. FLAVOR: I've tried blue raspberry and fruit punch so far and they both taste sweet, like one of those bodega juice jugs which I kind of like. Out of those two I like the blue raspberry a bit more because it's a little more tangy but that's just my preference. I used to live in CT and actually worked right up the road from GAT’s office. They sold this in just about every gym I went to and when I moved I really missed having it around, thankfully I found it on Amazon. This is one of the few preworkouts that’s consistently worked for me. The mix is solid and I didn’t realize until after a couple weeks of taking it that it had boron, which I think definitely made a difference. Blue Raspberry is hands down my favorite flavor. It mixes clean, no clumps and unlike some other brands, the quality hasn’t dropped off as they’ve gotten more popular. Very effective.
