I received them a week before I expected to. Communication with the seller was positive, I will be purchasing another Koshi Bell soon. I did a video for YouTube with a Rainstick and Koshi Bell...enjoy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful sound, works as expected *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2020* The media could not be loaded.  This little chime is doing exactly what I expected it to when I envisioned it in my home. I re-purpose vintage lamps and had the perfect one for this. I have a small fan near it to provide some movement. I didn’t want it to sound all the time, so it took awhile to get the placement right. The beautiful sounds now come randomly and softly. The reason I took off one star is because I think the price is a little high for a chime that has a cardboard exterior. I have no intention of taking it outside, so I don’t have concerns on that score. I just expected more durable material for the price. (You can’t hear it very well in the attached video, but that’s because I have another fan blowing in the room that created some background noise.) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Outer cover made of cardboard pressboard *by J***M on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2022* Gorgeous sound, no doubt. However when I received my chime there was a wrinkle in the outer layer. Upon reading the care instructions, the company mentions the outer part made with cardboard.
