This has been quite helpful and does a good job distributing weight which has really helped my back. It is high quality and hasn't failed me yet! You should be aware that it small front to back, but you can fit quite a bit inside, especially since its tall, it has so room at the top for small things.

Nice light weight pack.  Perfect for smaller framed or average framed women.  I use also use it for traveling, fits perfectly under the seat in front of you on a plane.  Fits all the gear you would need for back country riding as well.
