These tires balanced ok, but not perfect. There was just a little bit of jiggle at a few different speeds. After installing the Centermatics, it is perfectly smooth at all speeds. I didn’t remove any balance weights or anything. The truck rides smoother than it ever has. The only slight down side is, the stuff inside the Centermatics can be heard at low speed with the windows open. They make a light scuffing sound from the balancing stuff rolling around inside. Would definitely be a 5 star product but one of my balancers did not fit properly. Had to hone it out with a drill bit as the bore on the lug stud holes was just a hair too small. And yes I did try it on multiple hubs. It didn't fit any of them. So if you're willing to spend an extra 5 mins with a drill bit or a Dremel the product is WELL worth it.
