I purchased a couple of brands to compare, with this being the most expensive. They all have the same percentage of Honokiol listed on the label. This brand had the strongest results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Like a mild benzodiazepine, but non-drowsy *by S***E on August 15, 2016* Each capsule contains 90% (180 mg) honokiol+magnolol in a 1:1 ratio, thereby providing 45% i.e. 90 mg each of honokiol and magnolol. This seems like a good ratio of the two. Had there been much more honokiol, the product could've risked being sedating, at least during the first few days of its use. As it stands, the product is not sedating at all, right from day one. It can in fact be slightly stimulating in a GABAergic sense that is entirely opposed to the stimulation caused by something like caffeine. As such, you'd never want to use it for sleep; it'll harm sleep. So if sleep is what you want, you're better off with valerian and hops. The product helps take the edge off. I still haven't opened up to using it during the workday, but it's perfect for evenings.
