Natural ,as in, it will leave the wood the natural color to that species, because it is clear. It will enhance the natural color and grain patterns a bit because it is hydrating the wood. A good idea of the effect is to wipe the wood with a damp rag (with water.) It will look almost wet with a slight sheen.
