Omron SS5GL2 Microswitch 125 VAC, 5A Micro Limit Switch, Hinge Roller Momentary Snap Action (Pack of 5)

I had 2 faulted pool valves that would no longer return to their original position. Rather than replacing the entire pool valve (a $150 + cost per pool valve) I was able to fix the problem by replacing these switches inside. Simply open the pool valve by removing 4 screws on the pool valve itself. Then replace the 2 switches inside. Worked perfect.

Works great. Saved me $1000 by not having to replace the shifter assembly on my corvette. Works much better than OEM.

I can tell these are high quality from the analog voltage readings I get and consistent pressure requirements. Basically the values are consistently solid across multiple switches testing them rapidly against the timing of being open or closed. I tested one to about five thousand rapid switches no float values or failure and it's still going strong.

Great price and perfect match for my application

These work as they are supposed to, using them for limit switches on a CNC project. Like all mechanical switches, these require debounce when using fast microprocessors, I have tried software debugging, then simple capacitor and finally found schottky buffers to be the best way (on custom PCB for CNC with motor control). Printed a 3D mount with PETG with 2 small cylinders for the screw holes and tab that locks them and works really well.

It’s a limit switch not much to review here. They working just as intended
