...there is a grey tone in this blanket that is not in the written description. The blanket is soft, but not plush. I would say it is light to slightly mid weight. Retained size and color, but generated a lot of lint, with the first wash. Beautiful blanket.

Great quality. I bought 2 to use on back of rockers on front porch. Have had to use when letting dogs out at night with this crazy weather in Kentucky.

I bought this throw blanket mainly for the pattern and design, and it didn’t disappoint. The look is modern yet cozy, and it fits seamlessly into my living room. The fabric isn’t super soft or plush, it feels a bit stiff with some structure, and not too thin or too thick, which makes it suitable for year-round use. One downside is the shedding. A lot of lint came off initially. It did improve after running it through the washer and dryer, but it still sheds more than I expected. The good news is that it didn’t shrink or lose its shape after washing. I washed it separately in cold water and used a low heat setting in the dryer. Overall, I‘m satisfied with it, but be prepared for some shedding if you decide to buy it.

Cute blanket, love the pattern. It’s not very soft and it SMELLS. It smells like you dried yourself off at an overly chlorinated pool and then left your towel in a bag for a week without washing it. I tried washing it TWICE with extra detergent and nope, the smell did not go away.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews for this product. For example, people talking about the amount of lint after washing. A cotton blanket should be treated the same way you would treat brand new towels —there’s going to be lint and you shouldn’t wash it with anything else. Anyone who does that must be inexperienced in washing. I washed this on warm and dried on low heat. It came out wrinkle free. The colors were true to the images on Amazon. It is a well-made product. I am surprised people also say it’s snags— any material will snag if you put it in the wash with say buttons or zippers, or you have un filed nails or you have a cat; otherwise this is a well-made product and I am very pleased with my purchase especially for the price and it is 100% cotton! The majority of products are either polyester or acrylic . Some people say it’s rough. I am not quite sure because it’s a woven product and you can see the texture in the images . It has a wonderful feel. And for a woven product has a very good feel. It would make a nice blanket to use when you’re watching TV on a cook chili or evening and I’m using it as a throw on my sofa. Ps mine had no strange smell, whatever in fact, it was rather pleasant— almost as if it been washed and old-fashioned baby soap like Downy

I needed to cover up a side of a couch (where our cats had scratched ;-() This was the perfect throw for that - it matches our couch perfectly - and it's nice and soft, too. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Don’t love this blanket. Material is not soft and it is a bit on the yellowish side for me. It works for my purpose and it was cheap so I’ll keep it but I wouldn’t buy it again or if I had seen it in person.
