Gorgeous. Took off two stars do to having to beat the ill fitting bars with a rubber hammer into the holes on the arm brackets. It was not easy at all and was the same on all three pieces. I would not recommend to anybody that is not strong or if you have OCD. It does not go in straight.

It came with a template. That made installation way easy. The supplied wall mount is very heavy duty. Hardware was excellent fit and finish is very well done.

Started with the toilet paper bar. No instructions for which drill bit to use. Looked like 3/8" but it was too big and plastic anchor fell through. Did the other holes with the next drill bit size down. Too small... (plastic anchor was starting to bend when putting it in. Drilled around and finally got a very tight fit. When I started screwing in, the anchors still slipped through though.. Had to pull everything out and replace with metal ones (grabbing the drywall on the back side).. When finally installed, it looked okay except that the pivoting horizontal bar is very lose. It feels a bit cheap and not very well engineered. However it's not visible when paper roll is on so I'll tolerate it... Moved on to the towel bar. Drrilled 4 holes using the paper template and installed my metal anchors. When I went to put the horizontal bar in, I realized the wall pieces did not align and were too placed too close to each other for the bar to be installed. I squeezed the end parts around the horizontal bar to narrow the gap which gave me about 1/4" but it damaged the black finish as I rotated the ends in. On top of that it was still too wide. At this point I did give up, with holes in the wall and I can't even return the product because order is past 30days by a couple of days (had to delay install due to delay in remodel).. I order with Amazon all the time but this is by far my most frustrating experience. Save yourself some frustration and buy something better designed..

I don’t know why but the set screw on the toilet paper holder. Just refuses to stay snug. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice and after a few days, I see the toilet paper holder drooping from the wall.

Don’t bother, difficult to install, fell off the wall within a month

We bought this for our son whos building hes first home. Since house is not ready the set is not installed yet.

Although the product looks great and feels sturdy, I had trouble getting the pieces to fit together. Great product for the price though.

This product has two components that work fine. The toilet paper holder and the towel hook. They are relatively easy to install and work as expected though the toilet paper roll probably has a design flaw since the bar does not stay straight so it can fall off compared to other similar designs that work better. Maybe 2 stars for the toilet paper holder and 5 stars for the towel hook. The two towel bars were completely useless as the slotted ends do not fit the bar. I ordered three sets of these to find them all the same. As soon as you try to shove the tubular pieces into the slots the paint comes off. There is no way to make it work as the tubes do not fit no matter how hard you force them. These are simply poorly designed knock-offs.
