Quite plastic feel to it. Light weight and fairly good heat. Advertised as coming with a velvet pouch which I never received. Therefore 3 stars instead of 4.

Such a great hairdryer. Looks lovely, folds up nicely, its lightweight and powerful. Being able to fold it will help with travelling, especially by car. Very good purchase and I would recommend it.

Bought this as I needed a new hairdryer. The moment I got it, I plugged it in and it didn't work at all so had to send it back. Since I was in the 30 days window, I didn't want to get a replacement. The hairdryer also felt cheap and flimsy. Decided to go with the same brand I had used before and their haridryer lasted me 10 years and had no issues.
