This product is awesome! It is a very good addition to top field or black eyed peas. Add a little chopped onion and you are set for a real treat.

I use this relish for various recipes - especially slow cooked pulled pork. Perfect blend of sweet peppery spice. Also great spread for snadwiches.

Yes pricey BUT if you bought all of the ingredients AND did the work, it would put the price into perspective. Makes incredibly delicious Redneck Caviar Dip or Cowboy Caviar, its other name, and everyone has loved it using this sweet relish. I ordered my second order which arrives soon. Better pricey and delicious than cheap and so so in taste.

Very sweet but some hard pieces of spices in sauce

The flavor of this relish is even better than I expected. I received it on 3/2/26 and use by date is 11/25/27. I'll have eaten it way before then.

This is the best tomato sauce I have ever eaten. It goes good on peas butter beans, hot dogs. I think it would even taste good on a tennis ball. I am eighty seven years old. My mother made sauce like this, but never this good.

Absolutely DELICIOUS with the right amount of heat. I don't care for really hot foods, but do like a little heat. This is just perfect! We eat it on EVERYTHING including hamburgers, hot dogs and ham sandwiches. 😋 We went through several jars, some I bought at a higher price from a large department store. This is the best price and good value. We've already reordered a LARGE order!
