Fan noise acceptable. But do the fans really help?
The media could not be loaded. Mine has been running continuously for several months. Fan buzz becomes noticeable in a quiet room. But usually don’t hear it. Keep screws tightened to reduce noise. Honestly, with the Pi outside of an enclosure, as it is in the video, I don’t see an appreciable difference in temp whether the fans are on or off.

Great sturdy case
Bought 2 for my dual Pi DNS filtering setup. One of the Pis is situated in a weird spot and often would get knocked over, although had to be there for Ethernet ease of access. The case is a sturdy metal and I have zero worries about damage now. IO and GPIO are fully exposed and accessible, although the display/camera cables might be harder to reach. Fans however were loud after the first install and had to be screwed in all the way. It's slightly cooler with the case on too, but not that much noticeable. Overall very happy with this case, great peace of mind.

Excellent for Tinkerboard 2gb
Used this heatsink for 2gb asus tinkerboard. Have to put copper pads on all chips to ensure reach of heatsink. Fans are ok but was replaced with old 486 fan at 5v. Keeps tinkerboard cool under full load.

Cutout for the GPIO pins is too narrow for a standard connector
The cutout for the GPIO pins is too narrow. Most standard 40 pin ribbon cable connectors are 55-56mm. The cutout for the GPIO header is 54mm. Oh, so close. But, no cigar. You have to use an extender; so more money. I had to use a long extender as even the standard height extender was too short. I think this could've been considered in the design. But, these heat sinks aren't very expensive. So, I guess you get what you pay for.The heatsink is substantial and heavy. It comes with thermal pads which will be necessary to keep the ICs cool (CPU, RAM, GPU). You might have to stack a couple of pads to get the CPU to mate with the heat sink. But, it keeps my RPi 2 B (pictured) at about 38C. So, that is good. Stress tests showed that it could keep my RPi to about 50-55C. Without the heat sink mine tested to about 65-70C under stress inside a plastic case. So, it does its job keeping things cool.I wouldn't buy this heatsink if you using using your RPi for physical computing (blinking LEDs, sensors and motors). It will take you some effort and extra goodies to get a breadboard connected. But, if you are using your RPi for games or learning to code, then this will probably be just fine for keeping your RPi from overheating.

Temperature of the Pi
Hammering the 4 CPU with Gzip compressions of files on a tmpfs for like 10min and the temp never went over 55 Celsius, thinking on overclocking it to get the extra 100 or 200 Mhz per core.

cheap fans
The media could not be loaded. Case looks good but the fans are crap.Fans starting making really loud noises after 2 weeks, now after 3 weeks the fans have completely stopped working.Very disappointed in the quality of the attached fans.I have 4 of these pi cases and they all have the same issues
