Flavor is good. Formula is also good. Full 7 grams of Leucine. Isoleucine or Valine not necessary - can get enough from diet. But I would like if they put Carnosyn Beta Alanine instead of a mimic Beta Alanine. Rehydration salts wasn't necessary. Instead put couple of grams of Glutamine. Although there's another product named Gluta Leucine which is good I've tried. Price should be little lower considering it's an Indian brand & no added customs duty taxes etc etc.
