This is a good value tool. It is a budget price, but it appears to be of good quality. I think that the new ones must have been upgraded a little as the fuel/oil ratio is now 40:1 much more in line with cleaner burn engines of higher tolerance (the advert indicates 25:1). It also comes with a very good manual and assembly instructions (others have commented that these were poor - not my experience!). I have not done anything serious with it yet - having only just received it, but it assembled easily and quickly. The instructions were complete and correct. I used Aspen 4 fuel with the relevant oil mix (40:1) using a fully synthetic 2-stroke oil and after cold start priming (as described in the manual). It started on the third pull. It was not difficult and restarted after turning off easily. It ran well and is indeed a powerful machine. Some may find it heavy with the extension poles. I found it perfectly acceptable using the hedge trimmer in its default length without the harness and the pruner chainsaw with an extension pole and the harness was fine. Very happy and would recommend based on the short use so far.

I’ve brought this to tackle a severely and heavily anbandoned overgrown garden with thick brambles, ivy and bushes. After reading reviews of this machine & others like it, decided to go for this unit. Great powerful machine easy to start so far but used it for 3 days so far, instructions could be better but using some intelligence you can work it out. You can knock engine choke on due to its location and the on off switch is a little naff and can accidentally be switched off. machine is heavy but harness helps a lot . Harness buckle snapped on first use, contacted the seller and prompt easy resolution with replacement harness within a couple of days with great communication. The bag isn’t large enough to house the hedge trimmer assembled which is disappointing, you have to take the head off the pole to bag it. I purchased the bag kit to hold everything. 40t saw blade cuts through 30mm diameter branches which is great taking time and care. Poles are easy to interchange and fuel usage is moderate. Regardless of some of the points it’s been Overall a good experience all around. So long as the machine continues to operate like this then it’s been a great purchase for me.

Having several large community residential gardens to maintain for the elderly I needed a quality value for money sturdy heavy duty garden multi-tool. Having researched and compared various makes of garden multi-tools based on the jobs needs I have to carry out I decided on buying the BU-KO 52cc Long Reach Petrol Garden Multi Tool. My order was tracked and I was kept informed of its transit and arrived speedily on-time, well packaged and undamaged. All the parts and attachments were as described and in the box, I also ordered the three extra long reach extension poles which delivered on time with the BU-KO multi tool. This is some serious heavy duty piece of gardening kit and everything needed to maintain the gardens and more. From the included gardening gloves, ear protectors, to chain-saw and eye protector glasses, extension pole, brush cutter and 12 month warranty this kit has it all. The instruction book was clearly written and easy to follow so set up and use of attachments is straight forward. Having added the correct petrol/oil mix the engine fired into life after 3/4 pulls. The 52cc engine is double that of most other engine brand units and easily copes with the toughest garden tasks with minimum effort. I used the hedge trimmer and with its option to angle the cutter blades and added extension poles I was able to trim the tops of the huge hedges without the need to keep going up and down ladders. Due to the position of the petrol pipes in the fuel container it is possible to use the unit turned on its side for cutting hedge fronts. Next I used the strimmer attachment and again due to the sturdy manufacture and the powerful 52cc motor the strimmer cut through the long grasses with ease and in no time at all. In conclusion this is a very well made heavy duty piece of kit and makes the biggest gardening tasks easier. Although a heavy weight to hold for long periods of work and will need to clip to the safety harness to take the weight this is a real value for money product.. Recommended 😊 18.09.2019

Leaving a review as I think it is important that people know about the low quality of this product. I bought midway through 2021 instead of buying a cheap electric multi-purpose strimmer (I wanted a suped-up, smash through anything, petrol powered garden wrecking machine) and I wish I had not. When it arrived I had no time to do any work so I checked it, it looked fine, and I put it in the garage. When I come to try and use it the poles on the attachments and the main drive shaft where the engine is did not fit together so the product was basically unusable. Despite being unused the seller did not refund and it got sent off and repaired, not replaced, although the status of the repair I cannot comment on as I got rid of it as soon as it was returned, losing me around £100 on the original purchase price. It is low quality in comparison to the price, the sellers comms were good but I think it was unreasonable to not refund when the product was faulty. I should comment in fairness that it had gone past the point where the seller accepted returns as I is not had a chance to use the equipment as stated. The main engine section was very heavy and cumbersome (I am 6 foot 4 and 17 stone ex military so i am not just being a wimp either!) so I don’t think this would be suitable for many average users even with the support straps. Attaching the straps and even attempting to prep the correct poles, which as above didn’t connect to the main drive shaft section, took overly long and was fiddly. I strongly recommend going elsewhere or just buying something cheaper, electric or battery powered and simpler to use that if it goes wrong you will only have lost a minimal amount, and honestly the gap in price from a simple corded strimmer to this is not justified in the quality. Absolutely not worth it. Steer clear.

Just what I was needing. Used to clear snow. Excellent quality brush head.

Cant fault power its great, good on fuel, easy to use. Always starts and does not cut out much if at all when changing angles. Bad points, the plastic parts like the handle and trigger feel cheap and tatty, they also spin around a bit, regardless of tightening them up. Chain saw: SAFTEY of the chain saw attachment is really DANGEROUS, with all that engine power the chainsaw attachment is fixed in with one metal push and click pin and as soon as you go to use it, it can pop out and chainsaw changes direction mid use. Strimmer: spot on but again just got a platic casing to hold the wire which is weak, mine snapped fairly quickly. Hedge cutter: ok great power, cuts well but the cutters are thin and can bend easily and are a bit flimsy and cheap. Spares: pleanty of spare bits and bobs, including brush cutters which are solid and work great. I have used for industrial use and recommend avoid for long term buisness use. Such a shame as the effort they put in to making the engine and then attach a load of weak and cheap plastic attachments on. Bizzare. Few tweaks to the equipment/ attachments and it could be up there with the best.

Many reviews I read when looking for something to make cutting tall hedges and trees, complained about complicated assembly, difficutly starting and unreliable engineering. The fact is, you get what you pay for and this is not much money. I found it easy enough to assemble given a bit of time and space, and a basic mechanical working knowledge. Starting was fine. It has impressive reach but is heavy, given it is a 52cc engine. Niggles include: the filler cap is awkward to access and the fuel mixing bottle is really annoying, the choke switch can get closed accidentally (for instance when starting) and the off switch is also vulnerable, both of which kill the motor of course. The drive shafts slide out of their casings when trying to assemble and the pinch bolts are a bit short, which means it is very easy to slacken them off too much and lose the nut in your clippings. Also one of the locking pins came loose and was lost. I contacted them and two replacements arrived three days later, no charge - impressive: so I raised the original 3 stars to 4. One of the pinch bolts stripped its threads and again, the response was rapid: two replacement bolts plus a replacement union assembly! Now a five star rating! I have only used the hedge-clipper and chain-saw attachment so far and it is exhausting to use due to the weight, but probably less than using smaller tools and climbing up and down ladders. The pole(s) are a little flimsy. All in all, it is proving to be a useful tool for not too much money, but requires a little mechanical understanding/trial and improvement to get the most out of it.

This is a powerful piece of kit ,people have commented that its heavy but thats because its solidly made. Overall very pleased, does the job quickly and efficiently. Only gave 4 stars because i feel the front handle seems to flex quite a bit like it could break at any moment, and the switch underleaver seems a bit dainty for such a heavy duty machine . Saying that great machine for the money
