Have been using it for almost 4-5yrs. This is my second order. Really handly & easy to ise for anyone. It's really accurate if u position the cuff and hand properly.

The wrist model is easy to use. Some people complain that the electronic monitors are not accurate. But in my opinion the reading is accurate enough for regular monitoring. The fact is that the BP and Pulse do fluctuate within short periods. You should take the reading when you settle down peacefully. The indicator for improper cuff positions is a useful feature.

It's not a reliable product. Always gives wrong reading. We regret buying it online. We are looking forward to exchange it with other more efficient device as we can't compromise with out health and BP readings.

This instrument is faulty as band is not getting inflated and as per its catalogue it is leaking showing error E-1 . Band is properly tied as I am using this old model for the last 5 years . Please get it replaced by new one but duly tested .

Value for money for the features. Has memory recall function where one can see previous readings. Easy to use. Wrist usage is more convenient compared to upper arm models. Follow the instructions and you will get accurate readings. Results are easy to read. Also works well with Omron app on phone which can keep record of data which gets loaded to the app through picture taken on smart phone. App also shows average of readings over days, weeks or months. Included box for storage is readlly good quality and helps to store/carry in travel. Note that since Sep 2020 Omron has reduced warranty period of BP monitors from 5 years to 3 years. The pack and Omron service confirmed that latest policy is 2years+1year additional (total 3 years) when one registers online warranty. Warranty card is not stamped but that does not matter and I was able to register online warranty with the digital pdf invoice.
